Scope
1. Provide preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.to the 
following: Manufacture is TruFitness Equipment, Life Fitness Equipment and Hammer Strength.

4. Perform parts replacement and sanding and painting as necessary to remove and prevent rust on metal parts.
5. Inspect all equipment in the fitness center and lubricate guide rods, pulleys, and any moving parts as appropriate per 
manufacturer recommendations.
6. Provide a list of replacement parts required, with description of reason for replacement and replacement cost, to be 
installed/replaced during the next scheduled visit, to keep all equipment in nominal operational order.
7. Services shall be performed quarterly in accordance with manufacturer’s frequency.
8. Provide up to a single visit per contract period to respond to defects that may need urgent attention due to a safety 
issue such as exposed sharp edges, frayed electrical cables or other similar defect.
Security Requirements:
COMPLEX ACCESS AND ESCORTING
This PWS requires all contractor personnel to obtain a ‘green’ contractor badge. This badge allows the contractor 
personnel to gain access to and remain inside the fitness center without needing a dedicated escort. This requires a 
thorough background check be performed for all contractor personnel that must have access to accomplish the contract
