Harsco Rail is the OEM and the sole responsible source to supply the replacement parts, furnish technical assistance and repairs, and provide operator/mechanical training. Other vendors do not have access to the repair parts and service technicians needed to maintain many of our Harsco brand roadway maintenance machines. Harsco doesn’t have any parts or service distributors deeming this procurement a sole source. Under this contract, the OEM will, supply replacement parts and technical assistance needed to support and maintain railroad owned Fairmont Railway Motors (Fairmont).
