The Marine Corps Systems Command is requesting prequalification samples of Flame Resistant Organizational Gear (FROG), specifically balaclavas, neck gaiters, and long sleeve mock neck t-shirts, to evaluate their suitability for future procurement. This request is not a solicitation, and no compensation will be provided for the samples, which will become government property and subjected to destructive testing. The samples must comply with the Berry Amendment, ensuring they are produced and processed in the United States. Materials should be lightweight, comfortable, breathable, and fire resistant, with testing focusing on various performance factors including flame resistance, thermal protection, moisture wicking, laundering effects, abrasion, drying time, and anti-microbial properties for t-shirts. Firms submitting samples must provide a confirmation of Berry Amendment compliance, existing testing data, and adhere to specific submission instructions, including quantities and deadlines. The government intends to prequalify only up to four firms per garment type based on the highest rated samples, which are then eligible for a potential future solicitation. Testing standards encompass both minimum and high-end performance metrics such as vertical flame test times, thermal protective performance, moisture vapor transmission rates, and drying times, with a preference for tan or desert tan colors subject to change. Submissions must be notified by a specified date and received within strict deadlines to be considered. The process is designed to identify the highest quality flame resistant organizational gear, but the government is not obligated to make any purchases or pay for samples. The testing results will also be shared with the U.S. Army to ensure broad applicability within military standards. Questions and notifications are directed to a designated contract specialist, emphasizing the importance of adherence to the stated procedural details.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
