The 186th Air Refueling Wing, Meridian, MS issued a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquitions Procedures to FLIR Surveillance, Inc. for FLIR System Instructor Station on NGB contract W9127Q19P5032. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded un the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
