SCOPE The work covered under this contract consists of: 1. The furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for (8) timber floating wharves construction and installation at Little Harbour, Richmond County, Nova Scotia. 2. The supply and installation of (2) Steel Strong Arms and (3) Aluminum Gangways. 3. The supply and installation of (8) concrete anchor blocks. DURATION OF WORK The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31st, 2024. CONDITIONAL SET-ASIDE UNDER THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT STRATEGY FOR INDIGENOUS BUSINESS (PSIB) This is an open tender. However, it will be conditionally set-aside under the Government of Canada’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) if two or more bids have been received by Indigenous businesses who are certified under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) criteria and who may be listed in the Government of Canada’s Indigenous Business Directory.
