Fluorescein Sodium Ophthalmic Strips, USP, are procured under contract SPE2DP-26-T-4065 with a unit of issue of one package (PG) containing 100 individually sealed strips, each containing 1 mg of the active ingredient. The product must be packaged in sealed unit containers that protect against damage and shipped in commercial exterior containers suitable for safe delivery via common carrier at the lowest cost to the specified destination. Suppliers must provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Hazard Communication Standard-compliant labels as required by OSHA's 29 C.F.R. 1910.1200, effective June 1, 2015, and ensure employee training on these requirements. The product is regulated by the FDA, and buyers must submit a referral in EBS for product specialist confirmation.
