Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the Unison Marketplace by 1:00 PM EST on August 20, 2026, and any questions must be raised via email by August 12, 2026. The Government will evaluate offers solely based on initial submissions and will not solicit revisions, though it reserves the right to request clarifications during evaluation. Only one quote per vendor is permitted, with no multiple options allowed. Award will follow the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method within Unison Marketplace, and the Government may make multiple awards to different vendors if no single offeror meets all requirements or provides acceptable pricing for all items. The vendor’s submitted spreadsheet information will become part of the final contract call. Shipments must be delivered to a single U.S.-based address with no drop shipments permitted, and material must be available for pickup within the continental United States. Partial shipments are acceptable, but the award is contingent on available funding, and the Government may cancel the requirement at any time without penalty.
