Offerors are responsible for identifying and completing all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses in effect through FAC 2020-01 and DPN 20190531, and must self-certify as small businesses to be eligible. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the designated delivery location using NIJ 0101.06 and U.S. Military standards as the baseline for compliance, though specific packaging, marking, or preservation standards are not detailed.
