Food & Drink Concession (NAF)

Attention- The USAF 48th Contracting Squadron, RAF Lakenheath is looking to acquire the following service: Establish and Manage a Food & Drink Concession operation located within the Hardstand Fitness Center on RAF Mildenhall. Offeror to provide a variety of quality food and drink at reasonable prices prepared and served IAW recognized industry standards and commercial best practices. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment (not otherwise provided by the NAFI), services, oversight/supervision necessary to operate a food and drink concession operation in the RAF Mildenhall Hardstand Fitness Center, according to attached Statement of Work. -SITE VISIT TO BE HELD 13 MAY 2011 @ 1300 HOURS, FOR MORE INFORMATION SEE THE ATTACHED SOLICITATION. The performance period of this contract will be for a base period of five (5)years. Offerer to propose a fee percentage offered to the NAFI from the gross receipt of the facility, less taxes. Fee will be paid based on the total combined sales of the location included in this Contract. Concessionaire must pay the NAFI a MINIMUM sum equal to: (0%) of gross sales for first 24 Months.
