Foothill Water Tank Site Grading Project

The project involves re-grading an existing water tank site to expand the pad area for future additional tanks. The scope of work includes site grading, hauling off excess materials, and the installation of a new driveway, access road, curb and gutter, perimeter fencing, a drainage basin, discharge piping, storm drain piping, and the lowering of existing utilities on the site. If the project involves trenching five feet deep or more, a detailed plan for worker protection from caving ground, prepared by a registered civil or structural engineer, must be submitted as a bid item and accepted by the OWNER in advance of excavation.
