Alabama Forestry Commission seeking a supplier to provide medical services to include pre-employment screening, drug and alcohol testing to include random testing, post accident, reasonable sucpicion, and followups to all Forestry personnel as needed. Supplier must be able to provide Visify training to Forestry perssonel to access sppliers system. All claim documents must be submitted electronically to Forestry HR after completed testing. Upon award of supplier all claim forms must be electronic from all network clinics. service period : 10/01/2026-09/30/2027.No subcontracting or third party suppliers.
