This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in 
accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being 
requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is under Total 
Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 532490
. An Offeror’s submission of a quote does not 
constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not
