The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill has a requirement from the U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Sill, Oklahoma for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
Non-Personal Services – Elevator Maintenance Services
The Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and U.S. Army Garrison have a requirement for the elevator repair and maintenance services at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, labor and any other items necessary to provide complete and full preventative elevator maintenance service that will ensure continuous and safe operation of elevator and lift equipment located in facilities at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Functions shall include weekly inspections and basic service maintenance, periodic inspections and testing, regular cleaning, and timely response to routine and emergency service calls to include repairing and replacing failed or failing parts.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238290 and the small business size standard is $22 million. The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for small business Request for Quote (RFQ). Contract award will be made on the basis of best value. A FFP contract is anticipated. Award criteria will include consideration of price only. Services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures. Expected award shall consist of one base period of performance (1 October 2026 – 30 September 2027) and six one-year option periods of performance. There is no guarantee that any option period of performance will be exercised. The solicitation date of issue is 20 July 2026. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid preparation costs.
