UPDATE 2: Amendment 0002, this Solicitation is hereby extended to 8 May 2026 at noon, eastern daylight time, to allow for adjustments due to posting of Q&A. Please find two new attachments related to the Q&A: Attachment 5 – Q&A, Attachment 6 – TERO FAQ. All other terms remain unchanged from Amendment 0001 apart from the due date for quotes.
UPDATE: Amendment 0001, this Solicitation is hereby extended to 30 April 2026 to allow for posting of Q&A as well as revising the NAICS Code to 236220 with a size standard of $45M. Quotes are to be held valid for 60 days (revised down from 180 days.) A future update will contain all the Q&A.
