SCHOOL BACKGROUND: Resurrection Christian School seeks bids for Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections (BMIC) to renew one-year licenses and support agreements for existing, applicant-owned network equipment. This request is for maintenance only. No new equipment or capacity upgrades are requested. All services are requested for Funding Year 2026 (July 1, 2026 June 30, 2027), contingent upon receipt of an E-Rate funding commitment. BID EVALUATIONS: All bids must include a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) or the bid will be disqualified. Price of E-Rate eligible services will be the primary factor in the evaluation. Additional factors may include prior experience, service responsiveness, and the ability to provide Service Provider Invoicing (SPI). Vendors must submit pricing for all license renewals listed in the specifications section. Pricing should include all applicable fees.
