The work to be performed under the terms of this Specification consists of mine site reclamation on the site known as the FOUR MILE FENSTER ABANDONED MINERAL MINE LANDS in the unincorporated community of EWING, Virginia, forthe Commonwealth of Virginia. 3.2 The intent of this Specification is to prescribe the complete work to be performed. The specification is written to permit and direct the work to be conducted by the selected Contractor. If there are any contradictions between the Specifications and Drawings, the Contractor shall bring these facts to the attention of the Agency and obtain the Agency's decision as to the true meaning and intention.
