Les documents de soumission sont disponibles chez SÉAO (Système électronique d’appel d’offres) au numéro de téléphone 1‑877-336-7326 ou à l’adresse Internet « https://www.seao.gouv.qc.ca » et sont assujettis à la tarification de cet organisme. Les soumissions seront reçues au bureau de la soussignée, situé au 143, rue Saint-Jean-Baptiste Est, à Montmagny G5V 1K4, sous enveloppe scellée ou par dépôt électronique via le site du SEAO jusqu’au 4 février 2026, à 14 h, et portant la mention : « Soumission – Fourniture de matériaux granulaires et de remblai », pour y être ouvertes publiquement le même jour, à 14 h 15.
