The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 to Ostlund’s Fire Protection, 685 HIGHWAY 312 HUNTLEY, MT 59037. The company shall provide Fire Sprinkler and Alarm System Testing and Inspection at Fort Peck Service Unit, Poplar and Wolf Point, MT. Ostlund’s Fire Protection is the only source of the services in the area. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and is based upon market research


This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the service are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 7 days of the publication date of this notice.
