Solicitation # RFIPVField2027
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather industry feedback for a Personnel Vetting (PV) Fieldwork Services requirement. Strict security and cybersecurity standards are required, including CMMC Level 2 Third-Party Assessment compliance and adherence to DFARS 252.204-7012 for safeguarding covered defense information. All materials containing personally identifiable information must follow rigorous double-wrapping, manifesting, and tracking protocols. The government maintains final authority over the inspection and acceptance of all investigative products based on DCSA policies and quality assessment standards.
