The scope of work of the project are (1) Remove and replace underground fire water main that supply the automatic sprinkler system for facility 704, 729, 703, 701, 702, 711 and 727. This includes earthworks such as excavation, backfilling, compaction and restoration of disturbed pavement. (2) Remove and replace underground fire water main that is supplying fire hydrant # 79, 78, 77, 72, 73, 74, 75 and 76. This includes earthworks such as excavation, backfilling, compaction and restoration of disturbe pavement. (3) Remove and replace fire hydrant # 79, 78, 77, 72, 73, 74, 75 and 76 with a wet barrel type. Perform lead based paint management control prior to any disturbance on the fire hydrants (4) Perform hydrostatic testing (5) Remove & replace fire pumps, piping appurtenances including fire pumps control panels (6) Install new 16-ft wide x 20-ft long extension building (7) Replace existing double and single door entrances, (8) built-up roofing system, (9) construction of reinforce concrete slab, (10) installation of Fire Protection System / sprinkler system including all hardware's / accessories.
