1. Replace the old condensate feed water systems assembly with new upgraded unit, complete with metal skid base, pre-pipe lines, triplet pumps (primary/secondary/standby), stainless steel tank, steam heater regulator, integrated control panel system, complete with new components of potable make-up water line, condensate return/make-up lines, drain/over flow lines, steam/water pipes, pipe insulations, and all other related accessories, at the nearby point of connections. 2. Perform hydrostatic pressure testing of the newly installed condensate feed water system and Boiler #45 manifold components. 3. Perform N.D.T testing inspection and certification for the new pipe welding by the certified N.D.T Inspector. 4. Perform at one time visit performance for the operational testing and synchronize control adjustment of the newly installed condensate feed water system with the whole existing boiler system for the parameter compliance, to be performed by the manufacturer's Technical Representative of the condensate feed water system with the assistance of the KTR shop Mechanical Engineer, boiler maintenance Supervisor, and the shop boiler Technician, prior for future inspection and certification by the NAVFAC boiler Inspector & Certifier. 5. Install herein the all the GFM items/materials of boiler #45 project for the extension of smoke stack chimney, manifold piping assembly, other related components, and accessories at CDF Galley. Clean and restore the smooth physical appearance of this stock gfm items as it will looks like new, prior to utilize for installation. Then, utilize for construction the approved design plans, details, specs, and materials of e-project#1617156, W.R.# QF8010 of T.O.# N4008420f4425. Also, provide set-up, adjustment, and operational testing of boiler #45 by the same Manufacturer Tech Rep of condensate feed water system.
