The 366th Contracting Squadron, Mountain Home AFB, ID intends to negotiate and award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order for a Two by Two refueling system with 500 gallon bladders to Aero Tec Laboratories, 45 Spear Road, Ramsey, NJ, 07446-1221, under authority U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy ageny requirements. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12 September 2012 at 10:00 AM MST. The reason for the sole source is Aero Tec Laboratories Inc. offers enhanced safety and transportability not found in current and other manufacturer fuel storage bladders. The system is also designed to meet fuel storage and refueling needs in a deployable environment. Also, Aero Tec Laboratories Inc is the only system that includes the Two by Two refueling system standard. The sole source Justification and Approval will be posted on FBO prior to award and remain available to view for thirty days.
