Full Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the fuel tank management and inspection services described in this performance work statement (PWS) at U.S. Visiting Forces (USVF) military installations located at RAF Lakenheath, RAF Feltwell and RAF Mildenhall. The services include, but are not limited to: providing all management, licenses, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to execute weekly and monthly tank inspection services in accordance with Air Force Instruction, identification and reporting of tank defects, weekly level testing, tightness testing and precision leak testing. The contractor is responsible for a total of 252 steel and plastic tanks containing generator fuel or heating oil and ranging in size from 774 to 104,000 liters. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract, as well as all applicable United Kingdom laws and regulations, international agreements, Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) and appropriate Final Governing Standards(FGS) or in their absence, the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD). Place of Contract Performance: USVF locations to include Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, Feltwell, and Mildenhall.
