This is a solicitation for commercial repair services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number 70Z03826QE0000036 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the repair of a fuel truck. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).


The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811111. The small business size standard is $9 Million. This requirement is unrestricted.


It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a competitive basis for the repairs listed in Attachment 1 – Schedule of Services. Interested parties shall complete Attachment 1 – Schedule of Services and submit with the quotation.  


Only the items requested in Attachment 1 – Schedule of Services will be considered for award.  Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these repairs are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation and its’ attachments. All items shall be NEW approved items.  


Offerors may schedule a site visit to evaluate the fuel truck for the purpose of preparing a quote specifically for the repair of the Engine Control Module (ECM), Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler, and wheel seal. The site visit shall be scheduled and conducted at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the solicitation closing date. Offerors are responsible for coordinating the visit with the designated point of contact for ATC Mobile. The evaluation will allow offerors to assess the condition of the ECM, EGR cooler, and wheel seal, and determine the scope of repairs required. Quotes shall be based on findings from the site visit and submitted IAW solicitation instructions and Statement of Work.
