The Ohio Department of Public Safety will purchase and implement the “FMLive” web‑hosted application for the OSHP fuel pump management system. Thirty‑five (35) posts currently use the system, with Marysville and any future locations to be added as new hardware is installed.
CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: See attached (ad hoc) solicitation document/contract draft for specifications, requirements, terms and conditions. If selected, bidder shall execute contract document (items in red will be changed prior to award). INVITATION TO BID INSTRUCTIONS: Instructions, Terms and Conditions for Bidding (revised 01/29/26, attached) apply to this solicitation.STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached) apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.EVALUATION: Bids will be evaluated in accordance with ORC 125.07. In addition, the state will multiply the bid prices by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items.CONTRACT AWARD: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total.
