Sole Source to Galleon Embedded Computing LLC. for 18 G1 USB3 Docking Stations for custom designed MCM RoRo systems. See All Attachments. The U.S. Navy is awarding a sole source firm fixed price contract to Galleon Embedded Computing LLC for 18 G1 USB3 Docking Stations specifically designed for custom MCM Roll-On Roll-Off systems. These docking stations are integral components of a certified post-mission analysis system used on Navy vessels, and Galleon Embedded Computing LLC is the original equipment manufacturer and sole provider of the Spectra Defense Technologies G1-USB3DOCK-AES-003 model, which has undergone rigorous certification to ensure compatibility and operational safety aboard naval platforms. Because the component is configuration-controlled and not available through any other distributor or alternative supplier, substitution with a competing product would result in extensive delays and unacceptable costs, making sole source procurement the only viable option. The contract falls under NAICS code 334118 and is being managed by the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Panama City Beach, Florida. The solicitation number is N61331-26-Q-JC22, with proposals due by 11:00 AM Central Time on Monday, July 20, 2026. Any inquiries must be sent to Jessica Clark at jessica.d.clark27.civ@us.navy.mil with the solicitation number and vendor name included in the email subject line. The government has determined that competition would not yield meaningful savings and would significantly impede mission readiness, justifying the exclusive award to Galleon Embedded Computing LLC to ensure timely delivery and full operational compliance.
