Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be accepted by the County Engineer, at the Fillmore County Highway Department, Preston, MN until 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of August, 2026, for the following project: LOST 104P-2: Full depth reclamation, bituminous surfacing, aggregate shouldering and striping, located on County Road 104, beginning at the intersection of TH 30 & ending 0.721 miles north of TH 30.
Plan and proposal set price is $25.00 picked up, and $30.00 if sent by US mail. Plans, Proposal and Specifications can be examined and obtained from the Fillmore County Highway Department, 909 Houston Street NW, Preston, MN 55965, ph. # 507-765-3854. Request for plans and proposals must be accompanied by a check, draft or a money order, payable to the Fillmore County Auditor-Treasurer, in the amount mentioned above. Bids submitted must include the entire proposal and be individually sealed and identified on the outside for each specific project. A bidder’s bond or a certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the total amount bid and payable must accompany the bid to the Treasurer of Fillmore County.
