The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the commercial supply and installation of one (1) Hayward Turnstiles HT439 S SS (or equivalent) full-height single turnstile, along with associated accessories and cold-weather packaging, to be delivered and installed at USCG Base Ketchikan, AK.


Please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for the full schedule of supplies, salient characteristics, delivery parameters, and installation requirements.


Solicitation Details:


  • NAICS Code: 423990 (Other Miscellaneous Durable Goods Merchant Wholesalers)

  • Product Service Code (PSC): 6350 (Miscellaneous Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems)

  • Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside

  • Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest evaluated price and meets or exceeds the acceptability standards for non-cost factors as outlined in the attached SOW.
