Full Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a sole source (as prescribed in FAR 6.302- Church Ranch Way 450, Westminster, CO 80021. The contractor shall provide full text articles from m edical and Scientific journals. EBSCO is the only provider who can provide the necessary journals required in full text. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirment is 511120 and the size standard No. of employees is 500. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM, Noon Eastern Standard Time, February 25, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for com petitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
