Description: This is notice of intent for SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston to issue a sole source modification for fully integrated and tested C4I suites for new construction shipbuilding programs and CVN RCOH mid life infrastructure upgrades under contract N65236-03-D-3716. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A sole source modification will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 as the current contractor is the only known source available to satisfy the agency’s needs during the period ending 11 March 2008. The modification will increase the contract ceiling and extend the ordering period to 11 march 2008. The increase and extension will provide sufficient contract ceiling and time for award of a competitive, follow-on contract.
