This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product/service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued, which can be found on www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is 140G0126Q0174 and is issued as an RFQ.

The US Geological Survey (USGS) is requesting discounted open-market firm-fixed price quotation packages for to replace fume hood sashes, in accordance with Functional and Technical Requirements located in RFQ. The posted RFQ contains the instructions to vendors, Functional & Technical Requirements, and applicable clauses.

All vendors who can meet this requirement and are registered in the System for Award Management are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ.
