Modificaiton No. 01 is issued to CANCEL THIS REQUIREMENT. It will be changed from a Full and Open Competition under the Competitive Demonstration Program to a Competitive HUBZONE Set-Aside requirement. The Requests for Information received by the contractor's on this requirement will be answered in the new solicitation. The new solicitation notice will be posted by August 24, 2009. Contractor's will be required to resubmit request for the package (which will be revised in it's entirety.)
