The purpose of this solicitation is to award a contract to a Responsible Contractor that will provide labor, equipment, materials, transportation and all incidentals necessary to Furnish and Install a New Heat System (Lochinvar FTX725N) (No Substitutes) for a total of two (2) boilers. (One (1) New Lochinvar FTX725N, furnished by Contract and One (1) New Lochinvar FTX725N already on site) for Bldg. 2-1 at Camp Ripley, 15000 Hwy 115, Little Falls, MN 56466.
If your response does not comply with the solicitation requirements, it will be rejected. The Department of Military Affairs will award the event to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
