Full Description

WASHER AND DRYER SERVICES The 4th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for furnishing washer, dryer, and maintenance at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for furnishing, installing, and providing maintenance of washers and dryers at various buildings. The contractor shall accomplish all washer and dryer maintenance tasks identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and its associated attachments, which will accompany the solicitation. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The solicitation will be set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532210 - Appliance rental. The size standard for NAICS 532210 is $38.5 Million. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror with an acceptable past performance assessment in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The anticipated period of performance includes one base period of twelve months from 1 October 2016 to 30 September 2017, and four subsequent 12-month option periods with a total possible performance period from 1 October 2016 through 30 September 2021 if the options are exercised.
