THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE BEING ISSUED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 5. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This presolicitation notice does not commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS) is not at this time seeking proposals, and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this presolicitation notice are soley at the responding party's expense and will not be paid for by the United States (U.S.) Government. Please be advised that all submissions become government property and will not be returned. Not responding to this presolicitation notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) site site for additional information pertaining to this Presolicitation Notice. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE OBJECTIVE: The 36th Contracting Squadron anticipates the issuance of a Request for Proposal to FURNISH, DELIVER AND INSTALL FURNITURE AT BUILDING 22026, ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, GUAM. A solicitation, if issued, will be posted under solicitation number F1C3432263A001 and be procured as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) set-aside. Only qualified sellers may submit bids. The NAICS code for this requirement is 337211. To view the RFP, potential offerors are advised to monitor FedBizOpps.gov at www.fbo.gov on or about 15 days from the date of the pre-solicitation notice. Dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website, and potential offerors are advised to check the website periodically for any and all notices. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy.
