The Newark Housing Authority is accepting sealed bids to “Furnish Labor and Materials to Conduct Annual Inspection, Maintenance, and Select repair for Boilers, Hot Water Heaters, and Heat Exchangers as needed .” Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) procurement. The contract term shall be for two (2) years with an option to extend for one (1) year terms.
