Furniture & Equipment for Helibase and Operations Center - Wyoming State Forestry

The State Construction Department of the State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. on Setember 2, 2026, for the Wyoming State Forestry's Furniture & Equipment project at the Helibase and Operations Center, located at 3758 Allen Ave, Casper, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of furniture and equipment for the WSFD Helibase and Operations Center. Products to be bid include furnishings, appliances, and technology equipment. All products to be delivered per Specifications. The complete set of bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 24, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on August 26, 2026. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on August 24, 2026, will not be addressed. Any bidder may submit a Substitution Request that will identify how the proposed substitution is comparable and substantially the same level of quality or better as the specified item. Only substituted items approved equal by the Procuring Agency will be allowed to be bid. The substitution request must be submitted on Public Purchase no later than the date and time questions are due. If the Procuring Agency accepts a bidder’s substitution request, the Procuring Agency must publish all acceptable substitutions in a written Addenda submitted on the Public Purchase online bidding system. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
