The scope of work is divided into four primary tasks: program administration and NPDES compliance, engineering and inspection including GIS updates, and general public works support for small projects. The contract is for an initial three-year term with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions based on performance, with an annual budget of approximately $250,000. Qualified respondents must provide a Georgia licensed Professional Engineer and a Stormwater Inspector with GSWCC certifications. The Naval Sea Systems Command plans to award a contract to Bechtel Corporation, specifically Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc. (BPMI), for the supply of naval nuclear propulsion components. This action is conducted under a sole-source authority, meaning the Government intends to negotiate exclusively with BPMI without providing a competitive solicitation. The contract relates to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, with no specified completion date or further contract details provided. While this notice is purely informational and not a solicitation for competitive bids, interested parties capable of subcontracting opportunities are encouraged to contact BPMI directly. The Government invites expressions of interest and capabilities from other firms, although this does not constitute a solicitation for competitive proposals. Proposals received within 45 days (or 30 days if an award is made under an existing basic ordering agreement) from the date of the notice's publication will be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. The decision to forego competition rests solely with the Government, which will use any received information primarily to decide whether to open the contract to competitive bidding. The contract pertains to the FY16 S9G program with NAICS code 332410, and the designated point of contact for this procurement is Contract Specialist Rickeyea Singleton.
