FY 2026/27 Curb, Gutter, & Sidewalk Repair & Reconstruction Project

The City of Oakley is soliciting sealed bids for the FY 2026/27 Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk Repair and Reconstruction Project (CIP 337) in Oakley, California. The scope of work includes mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, construction signage, and the removal and replacement of concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. Additional technical requirements encompass concrete grinding, stamped concrete, hot-mix asphalt paving, tree and stump removal, root pruning, and tree installation, with all work performed according to the 2010 Department of Transportation Standard Plans and Specifications.
