Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is requesting quotes for the purchase and delivery of eight (8) fleet vehicles to its corporate office location at 1355 Capital Blvd, Reno, Nevada. The vendor must provide a quote that reflects a complete build that will enable the vehicle(s) to be road-worthy and ready for service upon delivery to TMWA. TMWA reserves the right to make an award to one or more vendors under this solicitation. Award decisions will be based on the evaluation criteria outlined in each vehicle package including but not limited to a combination of cab and chassis information, body type, guaranteed delivery date, price, and TMWA operational needs. By submitting a bid, each vendor acknowledges and accepts that TMWA may award this solicitation to a single vendor, multiple vendors, or make no award at its sole discretion for each vehicle type requested. Each awarded vendor shall provide the specified fleet vehicle(s), equipment, and related services as outlined in their respective Request for Quote and Proposed Make and Model Information Sheet and in compliance with the solicitation requirements. All content viewed and/or downloaded is consider confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA. Recipient shall not copy or otherwise reproduce any confidential information and may not distribute any information to any third-party that is not necessary for purposes of evaluating and submitting a bid for the Project.
