Muncie Public Library seeks services provided by a third party for the purchase operation, management, and monitoring of eligible broadband LAN/WLAN components (managed Wi-Fi), including installation, activation, and initial configuration of eligible components necessary for broadband connectivity within the Applicants facilities. We seek a 3-year contract with TWO one-year voluntary extensions for eligible equipment and MIBS services under this agreement. . Please reference Form 470# 260020826 on all correspondence. Proposals MUST separate eligible and ineligible services by line item for all services to which service provider responds. If a product includes mixed functionality, please indicate the allocation for each function (i.e. 60% Internal Connections and 40% BMIC). Vendors may submit alternative equipment as long as the equipment is an equivalent make and model or serves a similar functionality. Please note: USAC has advised applicants to include all three types of service on each Category 2 Form 470. The additional category two equipment included in the 470 application, (firewall, switches, and routers), is not a direct request for new equipment for FY2026, however, their inclusion permits Muncie Public Library to consider additions of equipment in future years of the established contract. Please bid appropriate options. . Questions/Site Visits No information meetings will be held, and no site visits will be scheduled.
