The Internet access service is requested two ways:
1. The school receives data transmission service via BadgerNet and only needs standalone Internet access service without data transmission at the speed range indicated. If the Wisconsin state-negotiated Internet contracts are approved in time to complete e-rate filing for FY 2026-2027, this request may be canceled.
2. As an alternative, the school requests bids on Internet access and data transmission service to compare available options. The demarc point is 255 County Road K, Fond du Lac, WI.

All proposals and questions must be submitted via email only to the main contact and the technical contact listed on this form 470. Vendors must have a valid E-Rate SPIN and current SPAC to be considered. All responding vendors must meet certification requirements prohibiting the inclusion of any products or components from Huawei, ZTE, or any other covered company designated by the FCC.
