Full Description

The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Office of the Information Officer, intends to issue a delivery order to Syncsort Inc., 2 Blue Hill Plaza, Pearl City NY, to procure Elevate Network IP Monitor License as an open market item. A requirement for this and associated products was processed through the GSA eBuy system as a fair opportunity competition. Syncsort was the only vendor to provide a quotation in response. The Elevate Network IP Monitor License was identied as an open market item on its quotation. The price of the item exceeds $25,000 and therefore, is required to be treated as such. The license will be procured within a suite of other items that are on the vendor's schedule. This notice is for informational purposes only to provide notification of the intent to purchase an open market item on a delivery order issued against the aforementioned GSA vendor's schedule. The price of the open market item is determined fair and reasonable based on commercial prices. This is not a request for quotes or proposals.
