PWS requirement 2.1 regarding mail dimensions; this appears to be a mix mail sorter but in the introduction (PWS Section 1) requires a letter sorting system. Please clarify if this is a mix mail system or a letter mail system that is being asked for? We require a letter sorter for primarily letters and postcards, but would like the option to run flats (8 x 11) through the system as well, even if they must be processed in landscape format. 3. Will a single tier system be accepted as long as it fits within the space required in section 2.7 of the PWS? Yes, no issues.
