FY22 Oracle Database Appliance ODA X5 Renewal

The General Services Administration, Office of Internal Acquisition is utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), intends to made an award to Mythics, Inc., Virgina Beach, VA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The GSA OGP eRulemaking program requires a sole source to procure the Oracle Database Appliance(ODA) maintenance support which currently supports the eRulemaking IT infrastructure, web/application development, operations for The Federal Docket Management System(FDMS) (www.fdms.gov), a web-based application to allow Federal agencies to more effectively manage their regulatory dockets; and Regulations.gov (https://www.regulations.gov), the public-facing website which enables citizens to search, view and comment on regulations issued by the U.S. government. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 541512. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
