DESCRIPTION: The WPB Facilities Management Service department has identified the need for the AE Team to provide the WPB VAMC with direction for the creation of a 3-year comprehensive plan for the associated costs and scope involved with the replacement and refurbishment of all traction and hydraulically operated elevator systems located on the campus.
