SERVICES MUST BEGIN NO LATER THAN 1 MARCH 2023. Services will be conducted at FCC Petersburg, 1060 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. Services will need to begin by MARCH 1, 2023. The contract type is a labor hour contract. The Government reserves the right to award services by what is advantageous to the government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, experience, education, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about JANUARY 27, 2023 and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://sam.gov .
