Please be sure to in your bid: Proof of business in good standing, Documentation of any penalties/fines received in the last three years, Ohio Pesticide Applicator License/Certification numbers for all contractors and employees working on the project, Proof of ISA Certification for all Arborists working on the project.
The lowest move responsive bid will be awarded provided all conditions are met. A sample contract with terms and conditions is included in the bid documents for you to review. Also included is a Standard Affirmation & Confirmation you are required to complete and sign. PLEASE REVIEW ALL PUBIC BID DOCUMENTS ATTACHED TO THIS SOLICITATION.A site visit is scheduled on Monday, March 28, 2024, at the 11th Avenue entrance of the State Fairgrounds, at 1:00 p.m.This is a two-year opportunity.
