Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically through use of Cit-E-Bid or in person - hand delivery. Mailed Bids (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, emails or facsimile bids will not be considered. Requests for Bids may be hand delivered at the City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3rd Floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 until 5:00 P.M. on October 2, 2025 and all bids received will be opened and read publicly acknowledged at 11:00 A.M. on October 3, 2025.
