AMENDMENT 0002- FY26 AFLCMC Audio-Visual System B892 Conference Room

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base is soliciting quotes for a complete audio-visual system upgrade to be installed in Building 892, Room 120B at Maxwell-Gunter Annex, Alabama, under solicitation number F2XTRA6075A001, Amendment 0002. This requirement is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR Part 12 for commercial items and is restricted entirely to small businesses, with no consideration for GSA, GWAC, or other government-wide contract quotations. All equipment must be new, not refurbished or used, and the contractor must possess a valid CAGE code, UEI, and a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 (Secret) personnel security clearance along with a corresponding Facility Security Clearance at the Secret level or higher. The DD Form 254 is incorporated to govern handling of classified information, and only cleared personnel may be present during testing, though non-cleared individuals may be escorted. The contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, where offers must first pass a pass/fail technical evaluation based on strict compliance with the Statement of Requirements (SOR) paragraphs 4.1.1–4.5.1 and 4.10.1–4.10.2, including specifications for plenum-rated, T568B-compliant cabling in clear conduit, sound masking achieving 45–48 dBA and an SPI of 85, acoustical treatment meeting STC 45 and NRC 0.70, and full integration with Microsoft Teams and secure government platforms. The work must adhere to the National Electric Code, UFC 3-600-01, ASHRAE guidelines, and other applicable standards. The contractor must submit a Project Milestone Plan detailing the schedule from contract award through installation and completion, along with manufacturer specifications, SAM registration proof, country of origin certification, and detailed pricing submitted via email by 12:00 PM CST on May 7, 2026. Performance occurs at the designated location with final acceptance requiring government sign-off after on-site testing. Invoicing must be conducted electronically through WAWF following award, and payment will be processed through DoDAAC F87700.
