The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 S. LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL requires the procurement of Audio/Visual (A/V) Equipment in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Requirements paragraphs 4.1.1- 4.5.1 (SOR) (see Attachment 1) for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Maxwell-Gunter Annex AFB, AL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in part 12. as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


  1. THE GOVERNMENT IS SOLICITING FOR “OPEN MARKET” QUOTES ONLY. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) QUOTES OR OTHER GOVERNMENT-WIDE ACQUISITION CONTRACTS (GWAC) QUOTES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
  2. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE NEW: NO REFURBISHED OR USED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
